Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Happy Walk may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping discounts will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Happy Walk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Happy Walk cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Happy Walk is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
